Welsh football star Ramsey has boosted the reward for leads about the lost canine Halo to $$20k.

Ex- Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff player, who now is with the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, stated that the beagle was last seen in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state region.

The beagle, who disappeared on October 9th, was equipped with a dog tracker collar, and Ramsey posted a Google maps location of where she was last seen.

"Any news about our Halo kindly contact us. Big bounty for finding her. We are all praying she's ok and comes home with us quickly," Ramsey wrote on Instagram.

Initial Reward and Emotional Pleas

Ramsey initially disclosed that his dog had vanished two weeks ago and has since posted multiple photos of the beloved canine on Instagram.

A seven thousand five hundred pound incentive was originally offered, but with lack of updates on the dog's status after a week, the player and his loved ones increased the sum.

"Our only wish is Halo back," he expressed in a further plea on his online platforms after the 10-year-old pet went missing.

A recent photograph upload is a grayscale photo of Halo napping, her head resting in the bend of the athlete's arm, with the message: "What I'd do to hold you one last time sweet Halo."

Family's Anxieties and Background

The footballer has also circulated a message from his spouse Colleen on social media saying they have a few "pressing concerns" about the incident and fear the household "may never get clarity".

"To this day we have not located our dog. I don't think we will ever," his wife's update read.

The Wales captain signed with Mexico's top-flight team Club Universidad Nacional earlier this year and made his inaugural match in Liga MX in August.

Originally from Caerphilly player is the first well-known British player to participate in the Mexico's top division.
